How It's Calculated

Weekly Holiday Pay is calculated as:

Weekly Holiday Pay = Hourly Wage × Daily Scheduled Hours Daily Scheduled Hours = Weekly Scheduled Hours ÷ Number of Working Days per Week

Alternatively (proportional method for part-time): Weekly Holiday Pay = Hourly Wage × (Weekly Hours / 40) × 8

Effective Hourly Wage (including 주휴수당): Hourly Wage × (1 + 8/40) = Hourly Wage × 1.2 (for full-time 40-hour workers)

Monthly Weekly Holiday Pay = Weekly Holiday Pay × (52 ÷ 12) ≈ Weekly Holiday Pay × 4.345
